Tempe – Time for Some Nightlife

So in the hometown of the Sun Devils you would expect to find beautiful shopping districts with walkways, entertainment, and restaurants. We found all that but are wondering where the people are! Some were out but the restaurants were not filled with lines of hungry visitors waiting to indulge in gourmet specialities and wines as we expected.

We strolled along the street listening to some street entertainment and window shopped. Got a really nice cute red dress, too!!

This was not our original destination. We were headed for South Mountain to take in the sunset from upon top is a mountain. We arrived at precisely 7:43. The park closed at 7:00. Bummer!! Even Angela could not sweet talk her way through!!

But at least Angela, Tyler and I got to do Insanity.

After we made our purchases we returned home for a fiesta with Mexican food, guac alla Angela, disco lights in the pool, and after the kids were in bed we decided to prepare for Las Vegas as any other travellers would do: we watched “The Hangover”.
